As co-owner and principal designer with Cloudforest, I completed design projects for well over a dozen clients, several of whom were frequent repeat customers. Cisco's hardware licensing operation had become a patchwork of incompatible systems. I built a team and a set of processes to consolidate these systems and remove a major source of negative feedback for Cisco's products.
