Cloudforest Design

Cloudforest Design created user-centered applications, websites, and cross-platform digital strategies that are easy to use, engaging and fun. As co-owner and principal designer with Cloudforest, I completed design projects for well over a dozen clients, several of whom were frequent repeat customers.

CollabNet

CollabNet has a long history of creating tools in open source and commercial environments, such as the open source project Subversion, a widely used version control system.

CloudForge

  • Cloudforest worked with CollabNet to examine the CloudForge project, a cloud-based service for managing projects, and offer recommendations for improvements based on user experience best practices.
  • Cloudforest was able to identify various CloudForge user roles, and streamline the experience for these users so they could accomplish their desired tasks more quickly and intuitively.

Cisco's hardware licensing operation had become a patchwork of incompatible systems. I built a team and a set of processes to consolidate these systems and remove a major source of negative feedback for Cisco's products.
